International Shipping and Courier Services

Madison Prive Luxe ships within one to two business days of receipt of payment. We ship worldwide using FedEx International Priority and DHL Express, ensuring fast delivery — often within the next business day.

We charge a flat fee which covers both shipping and duties, calculated at checkout.

Should customs in the Buyer’s country require additional duties, the Buyer is responsible for such additional charges. If the Buyer decides to reject the package, we will request a return. Buyer is responsible for any costs incurred due to the return, which will be deducted from the refund.

If you have any questions with regard to custom charges, please contact us. All shipments are fully insured for loss in transit except for seizure by customs.
Note that our typical shipping schedule is Monday through Thursday. Orders received on Friday ship the following Monday.

Items shipped overseas are insured for loss by FedEx or DHL in most international locations. We cannot insure for seizure by customs.

In addition to shipping, Madison Prive Luxe can arrange for an item to be hand-carried to the recipient. Additional charges apply. Please contact us for details.

Madison Prive Luxe accepts credit cards and bank wire payments.

Credit card payments are subject to a credit check. If our risk managementagency does not approval the payment, customers have the option of paying via bank wire only.
